Luisa Magalhães is an Environmental Engineer with a Master of Science in Environmental Diagnostics since 2002. From 2002 to 2016, she worked as a consultant at SPI – Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (Portuguese Society for Innovation). From 2004 to 2016, she performed activities of advising public bodies in the environmental area at Lisbon Municipality and Lisboa E-Nova – Lisbon’s Agency for Energy and Environment. Since September 2016, she has been the Executive Director of Smart Waste Portugal Association, being responsible for direct contact with more than 140 Associate Members and promoting collaborative work and business.
