Bakiye Kılıç Topuz is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ondokuz Mayıs University (Türkiye). Her research focuses on agricultural cooperatives, trust in producer organizations, cooperative performance, women’s cooperatives and the impact of agricultural cooperatives on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has authored numerous national and international publications and participated in various academic conferences on these topics. She has led several projects related to agricultural cooperatives, collaborating with producer organizations and cooperative members. She has presented her work at the ICA Congress (Scotland, 2017) and ICA-CCR Europe (Finland, 2025), contributing to international discussions on the future of cooperative development and sustainability.
