Jean is the general manager of Coop Carbone. He is one of Canada’s foremost experts on carbon markets and climate change issues. He also has recognized expertise in the economics of natural resources, the environment, agri-food and energy. He has been working in these fields of activity for more than twenty-five years and has known the world of university research as well as various Quebec ministries before founding ÉcoRessources in 2004. Since then, he has directed or participated in the realization of more than a hundred studies in several sectors of economic activity. He thus ensured the direction of economic impact analyzes of many sectors, cost-benefit analyzes of various types of projects or government policies.
