Meredith brings 20 years of experience in business design, customer-driven strategy, and management to unleash innovation that drives impact. She is a collaborative thought-partner to social sector leaders – the ‘how’ to their ‘why’ – deeply versed in social innovation and expert in seeing opportunity and connections for purposeful scale.
Meredith’s approach to innovation is deeply influenced by her experience with Ashoka and a start-up spun-out from IDEO. At Ashoka, Meredith led a global program that distilled best practices on diversified financing from social sector organizations across four continents. She also founded the first online, social change competition, Changemakers.com. Following her MBA, Meredith brought the best of the lean start-up approach and IDEO’s human-centered, design thinking practices to a VC-backed, foodtech start-up.
Meredith brings this framework, which leverages the best of business strategy, lean impact, and human-centered design, to her advisory practice. A naturally facilitative leader, she thrives on helping organizations cultivate a culture of bold experimentation to fuel growth.
