Chanele has held various roles within humanitarian and development organizations focusing on social inclusion as well as the protection and empowerment of women and girls, particularly in crisis contexts in Africa and the Middle East. Over 12 years of her career, she has developed extensive experience in Chanèle Boulet-Gauthier has over 15 years of experience in the development and management of international projects, combining cooperative strengthening, climate finance, and humanitarian initiatives. She has designed and led complex programs in multiple countries, in partnership with multilateral donors, financial institutions, and private actors, to strengthen cooperative capacities and address the needs of vulnerable communities.

Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in strategic partnerships, the integration of sustainable and inclusive practices, and the implementation of projects with tangible impact, particularly in the agricultural, social, and environmental sectors.

Driven by the belief that cooperatives, their principles, and their values provide concrete solutions to today’s challenges—both climate-related and social—Chanèle is dedicated to supporting and strengthening this movement to create lasting and tangible benefits for members and their communities.
