Elena Badeanschi is a senior EU project manager with many years of experience in designing international projects on cooperative skills enhancement, participatory governance models and stakeholder engagement in the sustainable development of social enterprises and local communities. She is responsible for the international projects and relations of the Trentino Federation of Cooperation in Italy. Elena has also consolidated experience in the validation of cooperative learning outcomes acquired in non-formal contexts, and she is responsible for the formal validation of skills dossiers of the cooperative board members at regional level. Elena designed the job profile for cooperative board members, which is formally recorded in the national repertoire of professions in Italy. She has participated as lecturer in events and training programmes within the framework of European and International cooperation projects. She holds a master’s degree in the development of cooperative systems in Eastern European countries.
