Thierry Blandinières is the Chief Executive Officer of InVivo Group, France’s largest agricultural cooperative and a leading European agri-food player. With a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes and an Executive MBA from HEC, he began his career in the chemical and cosmetics industries before moving into the food sector. He held leadership roles at Labeyrie, Madrange, and Maïsadour, where he was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008.
Since joining InVivo in 2013, he has led a major transformation of the group, launching strategic plans to drive the agricultural transition and position InVivo as a mission-driven company. He oversaw the acquisition of the Soufflet Group, creating Europe’s largest agricultural cooperative, and led the IPO of TERACT, now a key player in sustainable retail. In 2023, he guided the acquisition of United Malt Group, making InVivo the world’s top malt producer.
