I am Engr. Sobechukwu Micah Ifemeje, a specialist in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), climate change, environmental management, sustainability, and the circular economy. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Navitas Energy Resources and Navitas Farms, where I lead innovative initiatives in clean energy, agro-allied development, and sustainable practices.
In addition, I run the operations of EXPORTEX Agro Solutions Limited, focusing on agricultural exports and value chain optimization. I also serve as a Consultant, Partner, and Director at SEFAPCOL, where I actively provide expertise in cooperative-driven solutions, sustainable resource management, and climate adaptation strategies.
My research engagement spans both Europe and Africa, with collaborative work at leading institutions such as the United Nations University – MERIT (Netherlands), Stichting Deltares (Netherlands), and York University (Canada), as well as field-based studies across Nigeria, Ghana, and Uganda. This background has enabled me to bridge applied research, policy analysis, and practice in addressing water security, climate mobility, migration governance, and sustainable agriculture
