Jenny Capuano is a senior manager with over 25 years of experience in international cooperation—particularly with Africa—community development, lifelong learning, and strategic project design. She currently leads the Training and Cooperative Culture Area at the Federation of Trentino Cooperation, the representative, political, and trade union body for all cooperatives in Trentino, one of the most advanced cooperative ecosystems in Europe. Her work blends an anthropological perspective with a long-standing commitment to participatory processes and transformative education. Drawing inspiration from Freirean pedagogy, she advocates for learning as a dialogic, reflective, and emancipatory process—capable of generating innovation and fostering inclusive change at personal, organizational, and systemic levels.
